While we aim to offer reliable and up-to-date information, TravelJoy does not control these external services and cannot guarantee their accuracy, availability, or performance.

- We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in weather forecasts or other external data.
- We do not assume liability for any errors, cancellations, delays, or issues related to bookings made through third-party providers.
- All bookings and transactions conducted through third-party links or APIs are subject to the terms and conditions of those external providers.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use TravelJoy in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws. You are responsible for ensuring that any personal or booking information you provide is accurate and up to date.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on TravelJoy, including logos, graphics, icons, and software, is the property of TravelJoy or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TravelJoy and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to:
- Lost data or missed flights
- Incorrect weather forecasts
- Issues related to third-party bookings
In no event shall the total, cumulative liability of Travel Joy and its affiliates to all users, collectively, for all claims arising out of or related to the services, exceed one hundred South African Rand (R100) in aggregate. This limitation applies regardless of the number of claims, the nature of the claims, or the number of users asserting them, and regardless of the legal theory under which liability is asserted, whether in contract, delict (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise.
While TravelJoy does not assume responsibility for issues arising from third-party services, we are committed to supporting our users. If you encounter a problem with a booking or service accessed through TravelJoy, you are encouraged to report it to us.
Although we cannot guarantee outcomes, we will gladly escalate the issue to the relevant service provider on your behalf. Our goal is to build long-term relationships with our users, and we will do our best to assist in resolving any concerns.
Please note that any decisions regarding refunds or compensation are at the discretion of the third-party service provider, are subject to their terms and conditions, and are not within our control.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Travel Joy, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:
(a) your use or misuse of the Travel Joy website, mobile application, or software;
(b) your violation of these Terms and Conditions;
(c) your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or the rights of any third party; or
(d) any content you submit, post, or transmit through our platform.
You acknowledge and agree that Travel Joy is a technology platform and all services on the platform like bookings, transportation, accommodation, or related are done through different service providers, brought together, on one platform. All third-party services accessed through the platform are the sole responsibility of the respective service providers. Travel Joy makes no warranties regarding the quality, availability, or accuracy of such services, and shall not be held liable for any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such third parties.
This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of your use of the Services.
8. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of TravelJoy at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service after any changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to TravelJoy at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in unlawful behavior.
